Thank you always. It actually gets complicated the more you look at it, but once you understand it, it is a book that simply makes you trust yourself.
Author Tolle's book consisted mostly of very detailed insights into the ego and the pain body. Thanks to that, I felt a pang of guilt throughout the reading and was strongly motivated. However, the methodology regarding presence was explained simply from a universal and broad perspective, leaving me somewhat uncertain about many parts. It guided me to meet the inner child I had only known intellectually, integrated the suppressed emotions of that inner child into the "here and now," and enabled me to truly live as the Trinity and fully as myself.
It was very helpful that you guided me step-by-step to develop a sense of familiarity and intimacy with the present, and to build trust and conviction. I have read many books on mindfulness and am now trying to focus on practice; I would like to thank Michael Brown for leading me to this precious time of a 10-week inner journey.
