Mervyn Cook: jazz

Gwazwak is a book that easily answered jazz history and musicians' stories. It is accurate and concise, as it were, the history of jazz and the stories of musicians, which are a guide to those who want to enter jazz. The dramatic lives of musicians are not covered with interest, not by the details of their works, not just by the history of difficult musical terms and style, but by the objective perspective of all of these. The author maintains the attitude of the historian, and he balances the history of jazz for 100 years. Especially in African black music, while looking for the origin of jazz, do not overlook the fact that their music world was practiced in white society. The black music tradition and the intersection of white society are said to be jazz, and both are being introduced in the same way. It also included 150 impressive images and 90 jazz terms comments.
