I bought it at the Children's Home Parenting Meeting because I wanted to read it and discuss it with them. It's a good story, but nothing new is new to the person who was originally interested in the meat.
The root of compassion is the beginning of empathy, of understanding the emotions that start with understanding the feelings.
Mary Gordon: The Roots of Empathy
Canadian educator Mary Gordon started a course of psychotherapist training that found the power of a baby and allowed children in kindergarten and secondary school to watch the growth of a newborn for a year. Children have learned to understand the world from someone else's point of view, to be able to understand emotions by observing the feelings of their babies. It also showed that children's empathy and learning skills improved. The root of compassion is a book that suggests that children who are injured and left out in today's overcompetitive education should be taught empathy that truly understands them and others.
