Mark van de Mierup: Ancient Near Eastern history
The book’s third edition of the ancient Near East provides a comprehensive consideration of an unusual pluralist culture in the ancient modern Near East. This book, which provides a complex history of the region in a simple and accessible way, is based on B. C. It covers the origins of the first cities in Mesopotamia, the growth of the Babylonian and the Hittite kingdoms, and the rise of the Assyrian and Persian empires. In conclusion, it described the changes in ancient Near East before Alexander's conquest and added new themes to the domination and continuation of the region during the Persian Empire. Other latest items include a series of complex events, 30 new images, political events, military expeditions, and social cultural developments that have occurred in the Near East over a period of more than 3,000 years.
