Lee Young-kyung: Legal principles of business trusts

The report examined the business trusts' legal reviews in three steps. First, we looked at whether business oracles could have the essential function of organized law: property separation and finite responsibilities, to be used as corporate organizations in charge. Business oracles can perform their property separation function on almost the same level as corporations, and they can use the trust's finite liability system to achieve a finite responsibility structure.
