I happened to meet him in the mid-report at a mid-station center in 2019, and it was a really good book. The story of coffee ratings, the parting of the Cafing story, the birth stories and the processing of the beans is described in a number of ways. After reading the entire book, it feels like I've seen two or three good documentarys.
