Lee Yang-gi: Trade Relations Law
Although there are over 70 laws of trade in Korea, the law on trade is based on the three basic corporations of Korean trade: tariffs, foreign trade laws and foreign exchange laws. The document is 16 in total, and the 14th chapter of the first chapter consists of customs laws, 15 foreign trade laws, and 16 foreign exchange laws. Foreign trade laws have been enacted on December 31, 1986, to help promote the development of foreign trade and the establishment of a fair trade order, which has given rise to balance and overall expansion of international balance and public interest, and has been implemented since July 1, 1987. Then the foreign trade law was revised on December 30, 1996, to help bring about a massive change in trade management, supplementing industrial damage relief and specifically supporting corporate international projects so that the importability and autonomy of private access to the trade could be as great as possible. There have been 28 revisions since the current foreign trade law was implemented on March 1, 1997. Foreign exchange laws are designed to ensure freedom of foreign exchange and foreign trade and other foreign trades, thus enabling market functions to improve the smoothing of foreign transactions and stability in international balance and currency values.
