While there are still many academic differences in the international norms of investment, they have tried to follow a mainstream opinion. As if it were not a technical textbook, tin was minimized and put in the state-of-the-art style. In view of the fact that readers will be private investors who are primarily interested in using the investment agreements already signed, they have quandaryly dismissed the issues of constitutional issues and practical unions from a negotiation point of view that is important but not relevant to real use.
