Lee Seung-seop: Civil Litigation Instructions 1
This is a commentary on civil justice. The authors, based on the teachings of civil justice and distribution at the University of South Korea's Law School, have compiled a comprehensive list of theories, precedents, answers to student questions, and representations of civil cases. Some of the details of civil justice, arithmetic and the office of a private court are included in his separate lectures. And some of the experiences that he has gained as a judge, lawyer and judge for the Central Labor Committee for over 10 years are reflected. If you can read the book in large numbers, it will help you to understand the civil proceedings. And he was inadequate, but he tried to write the exact sentence. I hope that reading this book will have a more effective effect on your legal thinking ability. The book begins with love for the students and feelings of regret. I wanted to teach the law department the most important civil justice law, so that students could be great legal aid, but I couldn't do it because of lack of skills. The book was written to supplement the work, and for many reasons it has not been very rapid and is only now available. I don't know how much this book will be loved by its readers, but I'm about to begin writing about the latter part of the civil case.
