I bought this as a textbook for my course!
It helps with my studies~~!!
It was a time to reflect on the sociology of law. I recommend it.
I was able to feel once again that the law is ultimately 'about society,' existing with society as its landscape.
I ordered this to study the basic theories necessary for my law studies.

Lee Sang-young et al.: Law and Society (26-1 semester textbook)
How did law originate in society, and what interactions does it have with society, its matrix? What elements of society transform the law, and what functions does the law perform for society? The sociology of law is a discipline designed to resolve the question of "how to view the relationship between law and society." This book is broadly divided into five parts. The first explains the significance and necessity of the discipline of the sociology of law, as well as its research subjects and methods. The second summarizes the various paradigms discussed within this field. The third examines the sociology of law in the context of conflicts within society and their resolution. The fourth, corresponding to the sociology of the legal profession, analyzes the legal profession and the training of legal professionals. Finally, the fifth part deals with a sociological analysis of the legislative process.
