Lee Sang-min et al.: Social welfare field practice

Since January 1, 2004, there have been reinforced and enforced standards for field practice and operations, including increased teaching subjects for social services licenses and the operating of a high-quality field agency with practical care requirements. The article tries to support the prospective social worker at a time when the importance of such training is stressed, in order to end the whole program with one volume: the preparation and progress of the practice, the method of making the work. In this way, the apprentice will be a prepared social worker with practical skills on the field, asking the real leaders what they need to learn from the basics of field practice and the social services on the ground.
