I'm glad to see a revised edition of Real Estate Development Finance Law (Real Estate PF Development Projects) so soon. As a practitioner in the real estate development industry, I wanted a clear overall framework for structured-finance-based development projects and real estate development finance. I found ample satisfaction in Professor Lee Sang-bok's roughly 500-page book, which I happened upon at Kyobo Bookstore last fall. Many textbooks by real estate professors have dealt separately with

This textbook covers real estate development finance law. The revised edition expands and adds material to Part 1, Chapter 3, on the types and details of major real estate development projects. New material covers market trends for knowledge industry centers and logistics centers, the meaning of data centers, their needs and challenges, and data center market trends. It also adds and revises the table of contents and material on development projects for serviced residences and senior welfare housing. The section on real estate investment trusts (REITs) in Part 3, Chapter 2, has also been updated to reflect amended laws.
