Lee Jong-pil et al.: Western cooking techniques

It was written with the intention of helping students who were concerned about using the G.S. in Western preparation to teach their students well and who were hoping that it could be easily acquired and used. It's the purpose of the ACS to get them to use the recipe skills and knowledge they learn in school directly on the ground. In other words, the ACS is the ability to perform its duties directly on the ground. The author asked: ‘ How can I get students to acquire the knowledge, skills and attitudes they need in the class? "What is the meaning of this?". This book, in this regard, first set out to organize the goal, knowledge and technology that each of these dishes would have for 10 Western-sized units of design. Second, we introduced the concept of the Mind Map and put it into order so that it can be learned the whole process of cooking. Third, self-respecting was done so that students could evaluate and study for themselves.
