I've been exposed to a lot of books about semiconductors, but it's not as common as this one, which is easy to explain with the concept center. As a non-expert, who worked for the anti-conductor raw materials company and was desperate for knowledge of the semiconductor, this book became a good document. I think it's a good book as a semiconductive entry document.
