After publishing a book on basic cosmetics in 2012, I decided to make a revision once every 5600 years, reflecting the trend toward changing cosmetic techniques, and now a second revision has been published. Looking back over the last five years, the whole cosmetics industry has been paralyzed by C.T.l.19. The masking has reduced the demand for cosmetics and has also reduced exports to China. Finally, in February 2023, the duty to wear masks was lifted except for some medical facilities. For a while, you may wear masks because of the habit you have been wearing and because of preventing dust intake, but you can certainly expect to increase demand for lipstick and other cosmetics. Cosmetics means not only beauty but also goods that are used in the human body to maintain or enhance health. The basic cosmetics are cosmetics for skin maintenance, so they are commonly used and have the characteristic of touching the human body directly. So in a variety of cosmetics, basic cosmetics are more carefully informed. Since the first edition of this book, which has been organized in the manufacturing technology, I hope it will guide researchers in cosmetic research and help people understand how they can make cosmetics, such as DlY.
