Lee Jae-young: Fintech and GDPR 1: Data Protection for Fintech
The case is that the risk of protecting private information from domestic information technology companies has been raised since the 223 R law of privacy was put into effect in 2018. The risk of violating the risk is not only for the rights of the citizens, but also for the ‘residency ’ of the domestic corporations. Even the companies that only serve domesticly cannot ignore the #25R. The #225R does not allow in principle the pre-existing body of personal information collected in #XXX, but it is easier to access before the privacy of a country which the commission has determined is safe. This requires that the state's legal system and operating status be determined as to whether or not to act. So domestic law eventually has to introduce some of the #25R demands. In this atmosphere, the books Jappin Tech and the #2RS (full of R2) have been published by the top national privacy expert, with the aid of the #25R licenses. The author has been responsible for software development and privacy services in a third-party global company, including the International Publication of #3R Personal Information Protection Agency (CIPP/E), international security experts (CISSP), and international ethical hackers (AH). The series introduces the 82R's version of the Global Information Protection Act and deals with ways that companies safely use their personal information based on the insights of the privacy rights mentioned in the ITR.
