The book's press post says that Business Manner's opportunity for success comes to a good person, in which author claims Manner is responsible for his success in business. Business is about meeting people. It's business to get help or deal with someone who has something worth doing, whether it's capital, technology, knowledge. Any act of being late for a meeting, or making long phone calls while sharing meals, or even showing up dirty, can interfere with the impression and trust of the person. And eventually, the business fails.
