It is very helpful for writing business plans.
Since this book was published in 2019, there are some confusing aspects regarding proposal writing, structure, and eligibility for grants when compared to the same author's book released in 2020. I highly recommend reading both volumes. They seem to be excellent books for both content and as a starting point.
I am preparing to start a business, and I feel that one well-organized idea gives me more confidence than a hundred. A business plan is about organizing your thoughts and actually bringing them to life.

Since 2001, every single project I pursued has been accepted for government support programs without exception. There were a total of 16 R&D support projects alone, amounting to approximately 2.6 billion won. Initially, I blindly wrote lengthy business plans and applied indiscriminately whenever a support announcement was released. Naturally, the acceptance rate was very low. As I applied for so many programs, the task of writing business plans took up far more time than the actual work itself. However, as I gradually gained experience, I independently mastered the methods and tricks for securing government funding. My acceptance rate steadily improved until, eventually, I was accepted for government support simply by writing a business plan. Starting in 2016, I began serving as an evaluator for the Korea Technology Information Promotion Agency (KTIPI), the Korea Information & Communication Technology Industry Promotion Agency (KIPA), and the Korea Information & Communication Technology Promotion Agency (KICTA), the agency responsible for government support programs, and I continue to evaluate government support project plans to this day. Leveraging this experience, I conducted government support consulting for startups and early-stage companies as a trial run in early 2018, and all of them were accepted. Because I knew the method to get accepted, I focused exclusively on R&D projects with substantial funding, helping them secure a total of seven projects worth approximately 1.6 billion won. There is a way to succeed in government support programs. Based on my experience of getting more accepted than anyone else and my evaluation experience as an evaluator, this book creates a kind of "success formula" that teaches even novice entrepreneurs how to write business plans and present during face-to-face evaluations, enabling them to achieve a 100% success rate. I have seen many startups and early-stage companies that failed to receive government support despite having great ideas, simply because they lacked the knack for writing business plans. I have also seen companies that were afraid to even attempt applying for government funding. It was regrettable.
