Today, the social sciences of Korea are overwhelmed by both research and research to see the general trend through uniformization and meanization, without recognizing the individual characteristics of the people involved. Both studies have contributed heavily to academic development in the pursuit of the legal framework and have proved useful in actual life. As the science of phenomena teaches us, as people experience important things in their own lives, they start to reflect on what's happening. So the goal of the IPA study is to exploit these ideas. For example, the IPA is interested in seeing a person's first day, his first child, his migration, his genetic testing, and how people understand important changes in life, such as his parents ’ death. What they have in common is that they have a significant meaning for individuals, and the individual tries to understand what's happening to him as he sees what it means. This attempt requires researchers to have a second important theory of the IPA. It's an effort to interpret, and therefore requires information on the interpretation theory.
