If you're a personnel officer, you might want to read it. It is a book that describes the story of the episode, the ideas, the businesses that were done, the civil service and the civil government for future generations of authorships who took their step into public office. As a public personnel officer, I had so much to relate to. The late decision-making rates of the bureaucrats, the department-conflict, the difficulties of effective employee education, the anti-innovation. But as he says,
If you are interested in public personnel, it is a good book to read lightly. The author's perspective is new on public society based on private experience. We can especially give various themes in a colorful way, giving them a deep concern about direction.
And I felt that he was working as head of human innovations in several parts of public society, and this is a frank, public commentary. I'll read it.
