Plants were alive within the pages of this book. I believe this is the result of the time and dedication poured into creating a single illustration. We typically look up plants in botanical guides. Most of these are photographs, which only show parts of flowers or leaves. Consequently, identifying a plant immediately upon seeing it in person is no easy task. When you open this book, the plants that appear are depicted in their entirety, as if in their nude form. From the flower head to the soil

It is probably not easy to see so many paintings by a single person in our country, especially plant paintings imbued with artistic spirit. Looking at these detailed plant illustrations, one finds oneself cherishing each and every flower, and is naturally moved by the deep affection.
