The book highlights the need for and central vision of the social welfare administration and sets up a total of 13 pages around the tasks needed by social services to achieve the ultimate purpose of social well-being in improving the quality of life of the members of society, with demand and central perspective. A brief review of each chapter reads:. First, chapter one, chapter three, deals with basic knowledge of social and social administration. The first chapter describes the concept and character of social welfare administration. Chapter two takes a look at the scope of social services and history to understand the basic background of social welfare administration. The third chapter is about organizational theory. In the fourth chapter, we recognize the types and characteristics of social welfare. In the fifth section, we learn about social and community-responsibility networks. Chapter six provides the concept and practice of decision making and planning social services. Chapter 9 understands what is the most important component of the organization, human resource management. Chapter 11 learns about the development and use of information systems and what we're going to be aware of and what it's going to do with Big Data. Chapter 12 learns social welfare promotion and marketing concepts and learns the process. The last 13 chapters learn about evaluations and innovations of social welfare.
