Kwon Ki-chang: Social Welfare Policy Theory

Social welfare measures are largely two areas. One is policyism as a professional field of emphasis on social welfare, and the other is policy-basedism that emphasizes policy itself. The former is the theoretical field that explains what we give to social welfare objects. The latter, on the other hand, is a theoretical field that describes a series of processes that create, enforce and evaluate policies. Policy and pathology is often a lot discussed in policy science. The book has all of these areas, and it's made up of four parts. The First Part describes as a general theory what social welfare policy is, and as a whole, what it is, its character and function, its ideology and perspective, its goals and means and welfare states. Part 2 is policy and theory. The policy process is divided into agendas and formations, executions and evaluations to describe the characteristics and roles of each process. Part 3 and Part 4 are policy-based. Part 3 suggests the framework of analysis of how to analyze the policy. And the fourth part of the class is also describing the policy nature of each area in terms of the analysis of the social welfare system, divided into public aid, social insurance and social services.
