The manager does not run in the vacuum tubes. I run the business, and it's affected by my own or external environment around the company. The key to management is man, man. Man is the manager, and the employees are the man. These are the strategic resources and management agents that are more important in business. So management of human resources in management is very important. In management, we need the 3M that we often describe. 3M is a product of 3 elements: human capital, raw materials. It is essential to the organization's goals. We also describe people as hidden values. When you're describing the resources in management, you can express them by the resources of people, financial resources and material resources. While all resources are important, human resources are especially important because they are developed and created and the financial resources that accumulate and other things are built around human resources. It's very complicated and difficult to manage people in a company. Because there's a combination of personal and individual diversity, dynamicly intertwining, forming human groups and organizations. So it is necessary for companies to work on properly adjusting and satisfying the needs of members of their own organization, and also to adjust their needs properly, considering the needs for organizations. So, bringing the goals of organization into harmony with the goals that individuals have is a very important challenge in human resource management. The change in human resource management over environmental changes continues.
