Kwon Ho-geun: Macroeconomy and Real Estate
I think I've been a professor at the International University of cyberspace, and I'm already over 10 years old. It seems that the old adults have gone beyond the point of life, as they say, "the years are like numbers.". After ten years of research and training students in real estate, we have a somewhat abstract system of this science. Real estate is considered a field of social science in our country, although early on the study of law, economics and architecture. Social science is a study of many areas of society, and the theoretical basis for that is often the economic one. And unlike natural science, social science is never going to be able to discover the truth that is never gonna change. The reason is that human society, unlike natural phenomena, is not so regular and it's always changing. Real estate is studied not only in Korea but also in other countries as a field of social science because it focuses on the field of real estate, where human activities are limited to land-based real estate. The field of science is divided into many different things, but most often the theoretical approach is economics. So the theoretical basis of real estate must be based on economics. Those who want to study real estate systematically need a measure of basic economic knowledge through good learning. But the knowledge that economics is difficult is built on students and it's hard to systematically reflect on real estate and curriculum.
