The book contains real examples of reading and cultural programs that are needed to buy books and instructional instruction and activities, so that reading theories and library office services can be applied directly to the development of reading programs and reading information for the benefit of readers. In particular, the meaning of reading in chapter 1 according to social change, the conventional concept and theory of reading, the understanding of subjects for reading in Chapter 2; the understanding for reading third chapter; the principles of reading material, as well as how to do reading and reading in the fifth chapter; and the direction and procedures of the sixth chapter, and the operation of reading culture programs, as the actual operations of the seventh chapter. The authors were involved for decades in academic and educational research on the site of the 2011 Korean Institute for Reading Education and Education.
