If you have the power to take responsibility for a legally responsible debtor in a conflict, there's no reason to worry about it or to make the bond difficult. The problem is that you don't have the ability to take responsibility for the debtors. It's not a good idea to sue debtors who can't be forced to do so without any particular circumstances. There are too many debtors around us who would not want to change their debt, who would take away their property or turn it back on someone else's name and have a ballsy stomach. If you're in trouble with borrowing money and not paying back, who's going to see the debtor who goes around in a luxury car and who can't afford to go, who is not paying him back? There are many times when a debtor has been tried to force him to do so without changing the debt, after being convicted of having committed a civil case against a debtor with anger and rage and with a mustard-eating spirit, but by the time the creditors have filed a civil suit, they have turned the property of a debtor's wife, or have done as they please, and not two have given up the favor of another person's own self-sufficiency. Article 327 of the Law states that the usurpation penalty is “for those who have harmed creditors with their property in order to avoid forced execution, including coverts, fingertips, false charges, or false debts.”.
