Why did three species have to make "evil" and "devil" recipes? The administrative reform and communication of our history as historians have seen it. The modern Korean administration, with its photophony and a view of the palace, was basically modeled as a Western-style administrative system. But not all countries or ethnic groups who have adopted Western administrative models have successfully settled this. The fact that the body is giving out clothing of equal size to other people cannot be digested. So we adopted the Western-style administrative model, but we developed independently on the social and cultural foundations that we've developed in our history. So, for Korean administration to be understood and replaced better now, understanding of the administrative system in our history must be well understood. In this sense, the Korean Administrator went on to tell a story of administration in our history, which was seen by 10 former engineers in 2018. Last year, if you looked at the ideal administrative system in our country's history and the actual operating world of motion, this year we looked at administrative reform and communication in history. In history, we can see how our ancestors have tried to improve the lives of their people by creating a better system of society, a better one of state. At the same time, despite the fact that reform methods are correct, reforms cannot succeed or achieve small gains without support and understanding of reform. So, in promoting reform, I think it's as important to communicate with stakeholders and people of all walks of life and understand the regime of reform as it is to write it right.
