Kim Yu-hwan: Administrative Law Case Law Lectures (2015)

The draft edition of the law code covered almost every important case in the first edition, but it was supplemented by a core precedent that was supposed to add more symbiosis to the revision. In the Constitutional Court's case, a precedent was extracted and supplemented particularly in the understanding of administrative law. And the rules that should be changed for the students to learn, namely, the rules of text which were not introduced but which needed to be presented, the precedents which are now available, and the re-selecting and rewriteing of the case with simple comments that need not be introduced. The addition of the '230 case reflected the court's trial, which was in the Court case until its first trial in January of '체.
