Description

There is no book in the Old Testament that has been quoted from the New Testament as often as Isaiah. Among other things, Isaiah chapters 40 to 66 are like fertile soil in a formalistic sense, so it is the most quoted part of the New Testament. The book of Isaiah, as the Church Fathers interpreted it, presents a much more edifying message than a Christian, leading readers to a deeper understanding of God’s judgment and salvation. If the Old Testament has to provide something to build up basic organizational theology, then perhaps Isaiah chapters 40 to 66 offer the closest possible thing to it. The excerpts from the book are a rich collection of different Church Fathers, theology principles and highlights, ranging from Cyrus ’ Theodoretus to Edobus and Prokopius, Cyril and Hieronymus in Alexandria. Readers will feel enriched by these comments that they have gathered from the extensive books of the Church Fathers. Some of the excerpts were first translated into modern English.

That was a good one. I think it's a deep time to tell you that the end of 14 years of work is done.
