The book "The First Step of Chinese Residents" has the purpose of understanding the collective nature or individual narratives of Chinese immigrants to try to save our cultural diversity. We need to expand our understanding of the multicultural world beyond the traditional perspective of multic culture society, looking at it as a group. And I believe that this shift in perspective of multicultural society will lead us to a truly social unity path. The reason is that the world of life that's being created by multicultural members is coming from a cultural diversity produced by migration. So social integration should be aimed at forming this space of cultural communication. This study has led us to understand the fundamental life and suffering of immigrants, alienated and self-immolated from mainstream societies and furthermore, to allow them to coexist as members of our society, building a model of social unity as a new paradigm for future sustainable societies.
