Kim Young-ran: How should inter-Korean exchanges be conducted?
For 30 years, the National Security Agency will have a cross-clogging and a new approach to the 60-year-olds that its author is working on in the civil relations world. This book is focusing on the change in civil and cultural exchanges in the north. In the meantime, researchers have conducted studies on the exchange of social and cultural states, mostly in terms of evaluations, development directions and methods of communication. Also, it was a bi-cultural argument that social cultural interaction was necessary for the northern and southern peacefulness and social unity. There was no specific study of the phenomenon of how the civil and social cultural exchanges were conducted, what caused the change! In this context, the book has been a deep-instigated analysis of what has caused the change in the civil and cultural exchanges that have been conducted over the last 40 years. For one thing, the Civil Cultural Trade has been developing since division, and secondly, the exchange has analyzed what features change, and thirdly, what factors have affected the change in trade. And with this, I looked for new ways of interimizing the peace coexistence of the north and the south, and the prosperity of the world! To begin with, to see how the civil social and cultural exchanges were conducted, we have used a detailed analysis of the exchange, using the intermediaries, which have been very conventional since division until now. To do so, from 1981 to August 2018, when the inter-state actually interacted, we collected 590 social exchanges and then classified them into four categories: inter-cultural and state-state.
