Kim Young-ju: Insolvency proceedings and unfulfilled bilateral contracts
One company goes bankrupt, and it's not just a private problem. The debtor has signed a contract with the other party, and if the parties have not completed their duty to the contract and the debt party is now in the hands of the one-man debtr, the contract or default agreement is called the "unconstitutional" contract. The discussion in this book begins with the fundamental question, What is the reason why we should treat the default agreement as opposed to the previous situation in which we have been asked to do a debtr's theft? The nature of the procedure of collective execution then goes on to examine deeply the various and complex legal issues that arise in terms of civil law. In this way, we're going to look at the validity of conventional interpretations and ultimately try to find a direction for the desired legislation.
