Kim Taek-min: General Treatise on Tang Law

The author believes that the bipartisan exchange, which is often encountered by any scholar who specializes in medieval Chinese history, is not just a law code, but a great source of vivid information about the history of the old Chinese community. With this idea, the author of the statement to the rule of the common law, the secretary of the ruling party, is the general argument for the re-existing. The title of the book is similar to the current law-based general, and it also seems to be a general textbook on the general law of the ruling. But the author did not write to help us understand the criminality of the rule, but to make it a history book that could draw history of the time. The author still followed the system of the general law textbook, writing out his own version of the ruling rule, because he thought that this would be a way to reveal the historical nature of the document. The periphery is all 12 sections, and the First of those is the general rule. Although the rule of the statement, which consists of only 57 trillion, is a pro-primacy, there are many differences. In short, the current law's statement focuses on whether a crime is committed, whereas the rule of the ruling is based on specific crimes which are unforgivable first, and then on the terms of the emperor's relatives, the officers and the official's friends, and the regulations for special disposal if the officials commit a sin. So, when we looked at what sins are unforgivable and who the criminal privilege is to be granted, we thought we could redraw the history of this era.
