Kim Soon-gi: Information for Patients and Families: Pediatric Cancer

Information for patients and families, young children, amps, were used to provide information to help their children cope with the disease, among other things that they need in the family with a malignant illness called childhood cancer. The way to deal with the confused and painful conditions of the first diagnosis, the way to be properly guided, the answers to questions that arise in the diagnostic and treatment process, and the family around them was to help the patient in some way. And further on, the plans and measures included in the child’s development from cancer, becoming an adult, and how to live as a member of society. The author observed that families, including many parents with childhood cancer babies, are very embarrassed and sometimes damage with false information. Unfortunately, I have seen that the wrong information from families who wanted to catch even the straw has left them feeling hurt psychologically as well as material losses. The purpose of the book is to provide information and guide the cancer-based child and the family. I wanted to help them understand this new and unfortunate experience, to reduce the fear of the uncertainty they have, and to be a guide to the treatment. I hope to be a team especially with a child blood specialist, helping other medical personnel, nurses, nutritionists, social workers and coordinators to get involved in the treatment. I hope it will be particularly helpful to the teacher of child cancer in school and also to the health care staff.
