Kim Sang-hoon: Research on national history education immediately after liberation

There was a dream of studying history and teaching history and living it. So I became a history teacher, and I went to graduate school and started studying history. The subject of my study of history seemed to be a good idea to be the history education and history textbook that I've been working on in my daily life. Soon after the release of his teaching professor, John Young, he received a history of his country's secondary school textbook, and shortly after his release, research in his own textbook and state education was under way. The results of the study are 1945. A 1950 Ph.D. paper called "The Study of Textbooks and History Professors.". The book, based on Ph.D. papers, has been designed to help us look at the direction of state education and actual operatings immediately after release. Under the control and surveillance of the governor, the nation's education was used as a tool to promote active imperial subjects who were dedicated to the country and who could even give their lives. Colonial history education, planned and used by the Japanese, must be corrected. So liberation was to be the starting point for distorted state education to become normal. But in history, continuous and disconnection always coexists. Soon after liberation, the state education was not completely cut off from the day of the first and the new American education policy could not be fully realized in South Korea. More than that, the state education of the immediate liberation was used as a tool to implement the policy of military justice, which was still the highest power institution of the day. This shows that there was a series of perceptions of power in the state education.
