It's a book that nods a lot and has a lot of empathy as you read it. I thought if you're not a leader, but you read with me all kinds of jobs -- temples, representatives, directors, team leaders -- it would be a bigger synergy. looking at myself and giving me feedback or getting feedback, it's a way of learning how to make progress. This is a book that I personally like.
