The character of the book was intended to analyze case and issue by case, and provide a standard of judgment based on the decisions of the Labor Committee and court cases. The change in employment discrimination law, however, was based on the case of the rule of justice and all of these were cited in cases of individual bias and denial. The issue has been settled since July 1, 2007, on the scope of the workers protected by the discrimination of the workings of the regular workers, the ban on discrimination, the selection of the task force, the dignity of the poor and the reasonable self-reporting rule.
