The patent debate between Apple and Sam-Sung is still hot. I don't particularly want to be on anybody's side, but frankly, I think any company would have had some sort of "company" when it started. Same thing, we're seeing a time when some people are plagiarized and others are created. It contains the book about how to make creative discoveries, not just plagiarism. It's a very specific way of doing this, so it's good to use it.
