Description

Article 2 (a) signed between the 48 Union and Japan on September 8, 1951, states that Japan “registers South Korea’s independence, gives up its rights, rights and claims, including its cause and crypt.”. The Japanese government does not state that the self is a province of Japan, and so it claims that it is a territory of Korea where the Japanese give up on the article. As for the international legal grounds, there are “the Cairo Declaration,”“the surrender document,” “The First United Army Command, No. 677,” and “The Consulation of the Peace Treaty of the Great.”. The study was attempted to provide a law on international approval of the territorial sovereignty of South Korea to supplement my theory above. Although there has been a single argument that South Korea's self-regulation of territorial sovereignty is partially supported by domestic international law students, Korean poison is systematically decomposing its international approval of territorial sovereignties. The study attempted to access the normal reality of South Korea's approval of territorial sovereignty by “regulation by the Union” and“responsibility by the Japanese government” on the basis of its acceptance of the sovereignty of the territory. The study hopes that Korean self will be able to contribute in small measure to the welfare of territorial sovereignties. We expect to be especially true to the government's toxicity policy authorities' stand-up.
