Kim Moon-kyu: Shakespearean comedy
Shakespeare established what he calls the romantic comedy, or romantic comedy that focuses on the romances and marriages of his chosen sons and daughters, or romance drama, as his own personal plays. The classic drama and grammar that we call loco today is established by Shakespeare. Shakespeare, especially the romantic dramas, offers a variety of fun and modern love ideology. But since modern love is a deep insight into humans and the world, romantic drama also has a personality of social or problem-related conflicts. Because the plays that Shakespeare was writing about as he was trying to do were sharing the tragic problems of seeing the world as a human being. The seven dramas that we'll consider suggest a different kind of conflict and a solution to the problem in world affairs that does not fit as well as draw happy endings for romance and marriage. There is also a world of romances between young men and women, which are bound to be surrounded by social conflicts surrounding sex, power, property and status.
