The importance of health, hygiene and safety has been more stressed recently than ever, and learning about food hygiene and laws that are at the root of food safety policies is needed to respond quickly to the rapid food industry changes and become expert nutrition experts. The textbook was published to help prepare national tests and licenses for food nutrition, such as stomach, nutritionists, and food technicians. Health officials, who have expertise and skills necessary to perform health care services against addiction or infections, pass over 60 percent of the total population of the subjects, 40 percent of every subject, and over 40 percent in each subject. The sanitary Act includes the Food and Health Act, the Public Health Management Act, laws on prevention and management of infectious diseases, the water management of food, waste management, and sewers.
