Seoul Hillton, a hotel in the middle of Seoul, has been living in the city for a long time, along with South Mountain. The social role of the Seoul Hillton Hotel has not been overlooked since 1983. But Seoul Hillton remained waiting for an action to be taken after the operation was closed on December 31, 2022. Shin-chan Hilton says that the space that has been left is now gone and is soon gone. It recorded how and what role it was to be a place of social importance, both architecturally and socially. It contained architectural values and social meanings and alternatives and efforts for conservation. The book was written with pictures of the history of Korean architecture on the very bare ground, with the view of the age changing landscapes with Seoul Hillton, and photos of the events in Hilton, as well as photographs of the past sale and photos showing the history from empty spaces, and the design from the blueprints of Seoul Hillon to the library, to the original collection. The book started on April 12, 2023, with the special address "The Meeting of Kim Jong-jug, the Builder" by the Ministry of the Art of Culture. The left-hand council had a serious discussion with architect Kim Siegfried and his middle-class architects on whether the removal of Seoul Hillton, a modern architectural asset representing South Korea's economic development in the 1980s, was the right decision.
