Kim Jong-se: Constitutional Court Precedent 1

The Constitutional Act 1 is a book dealing with constitutional issues. Out of nine judges, the Constitution has chosen five unconstitutional opinions and four constitutional opinions. The constitutional logic of many constitutional judges is thus presented in a constitutional context, and the practicality of the law is discussed whether the object laws are still holding the normal effect, or whether they have been legally revised by deconstitutional elements. The Constitution has chosen to issue the unconstitutional opinion of many judges and arranged it in order of the table of contents based on the case of the Constitution.
