Description

I got a lot of feedback on the need to write a book on customer satisfaction, and then I had a plan, and I was able to publish it like this. The book was a collection of two things: CS and Enigrams, which led to experts coming together to write books. During the writing and corrections we could not help feeling more grateful for each other. Because each of them was complementary and could improve the completion of the book. So, every time we talked, it was a good learning time. Example: The book contains a variety of examples. The important thing about choosing a case is how real are they. This is a case that can't be found in one's head. We spent a lot of time choosing the best examples, comparing them to each other. The reader understands and applies the content, and these examples are very helpful. The simple word ‘be nice to your customers ’ is over. It's a very desiccated word, and you know it can't be applied in reality. How can simple phrases be a guide to customer satisfaction, while each type is different, and the other is different and the way you want it to be? This book will help you to see how different types of styles are and how to respond accordingly. You'll read this book without knowing if you're going to take time to learn things you haven't known so far.

I'm going to use this because I think you can sort of get rid of the energrams and make sure that you can actually help people with the benefits of responding.

If you go beyond 300 pages, you can't read anything good, and you can often read it and then give it up, but it's not that thick, so you can read it quickly. So I read it with my attention. And because even people who don't know how many of the EEErgrams are writing in detail, each type of character, strength and strength, it makes me want to read easily and try to diagnose it for myself. And especially for those of you who are in service, there's a lot of real estate, and I think it might

There's a lot of helpful stuff at the CS site. I'm reading it once and then I want to clean it up and read it. I like the thickness of books. Each type of coping is different and you can make it clear and easily understood and read it. I read almost everything this holiday. It's fun and beneficial. I can cut in the middle and read it again. You can figure out the type of customers you want to have and then you can get the right response.

There are so many different types of customers in the sales profession, but all those types of people. I wanted to, and I thought it was weird, but now I think there's something about my reception that doesn't satisfy my customer needs. I've been really helpful, and I recommend it to many of you.
