Description

For a long time, the Arctic space was a global-based community-based protective network under the name of environmental protection and human co-opportunity. But the current Arctic Circle in 2023 is opening up new dimensions with a change in global climate, international development, new national security, and the rise of the global imbalance, which are also causing geo-political competition for the greater interests of the countries of the world. The Ukrainian War has affected the international community across that region, and has been expanding the conflict to the Arctic Circle. Efforts have been made to find and execute collaboration within the Arctic Circle, with the rise of the Otawa Declaration, which sought its protection and sustainable development in 1996 with the help of the Arctic Council (including six underground walkers, six indigenous groups and the Opsavers). But since the outbreak of the Ukrainian War, the CC has been split into the rest of seven countries, including Russia (as Norway was now serving as chairman of the General Court) and has been reduced to a state of suspended collaboration within the Arctic Circle. Finland, which has been keeping its position as the IC member state, has established membership in April 2, 2023, and similar development has prompted Russia to adopt its.01-year-old membership.
