Description

This textbook has introduced many theories of international law beyond the simple interpretation of aviation laws. The basic theory of aviation law and the atmospheric space space (in the air) have linked the co-smopolitan and jurisdiction of aviation laws with international law and have described the legal system of atmospheric justice, including air-spotting areas and drones. Air-surveying and air invasion of distress aircraft, military aircraft, and private aircraft have been analyzed from an international legal point of view and explained how to resolve conflict in the Chicago Convention based on how to settle disputes. The Aero-Syndic Law explains the differences between the common and universal laws of aviation and aviation, especially the ICAO's legislation and protocols.
