The hottest debate around the Korean War is whether it's civil or national, who's responsible. We are obsessed with the criminalistic thinking of resuming and ‘redeeming ’ the Korean War as ‘enemy’ and ‘pushing ’ it. This criminal mentality is not so much a result of trying to examine the nature and responsibility of war in a cold and deep way as it is overcome by political struggle to choose and strengthen one side of politics. The origins of the Pandal - the Pantheon - suggest a paradigm shift in the 'Ecretion of Peace' to overcome these struggles. The Korean War was a war of particular forms, while certain peace schemes were combined and developed and ended in it. The author asks why the Korean War ended with a military blackout negotiations and no peace agreements were signed. This relates to the development of international justice order around the world after World War II, and notes the historic formation and transformation of liberal peace planning that has been formed since the Cold War.
