Kim Hae-won: Constitution and local autonomy
The book contains a theoretical foundation for practical application of local self-sufficiency and an alternative to practice. Especially in the Constitution, we review the power of the local government and its institutions for creating power and to illuminate the inner and belief systems of the political community behind it. In short, the principled municipality group, the local government, and the inter-governmental authority, argue for the constitutional principles of inter-state power, which are supplementary to the ruling parties, establish the local self-sidentical boundaries that the state agency cannot intervene in, guarantee these principles and territories. And after critical reviews and improvements of the ‘ just government system in local elections ’ where the core system creates specific power for local self-interest, the political community’s crucial component of the process is to distinguish between civil and national awareness that we are fully aware of and at the same time combine and integrate the body with the ‘ body-reverentism, ’ which has its own lack of power. This book is clearly a normology, especially the Constitution, in that it reveals the universality of the local and local self-insidency institutions which are currently holding in place of the constitution. But in the sense that we are analyzing and criticizing the regimes and the alternatives of power and value distribution as a result of this pre-consumption, we can also read in political science or policy texts.
