[South in East Asia] was a collaboration with the National Museum of Civil History by Professor Kim Guunnn, who is part of the National Institute of Human Rights, and he's involved in a folk research project on the kitchen of three countries in Central and North Asia. Books are written in the kitchen, in the fire, in a kitchen, with all the information on kitchens, landscapes, dishes, pots, spoons and chopsticks, and gourds beginning to form, folk and even the proverb that is entwined. In spite of their differences, the author’s expression of the relationship between South Korea, China and Japan is “Chinese is root, Korea is a bird, Japan is a branch”, and three countries have culture: "Flows from one tree.".
